Turmeric/curry veggie stir-fry

- 1-2 cups of spinach
- 1-2 cups of broccoli
- 1-2 cups of brussell sprouts
- 1-2 cups of King Oysters
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 red pepper
- 6-8 pieces of tofu
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons of turmeric
- 2-3 tablespoons of curry powder
- Salt and pepper
Take all green vegetables and flash fry for 2 minutes. Heat the olive oil on medium heat. Make sure the pan is warm before adding olive oil. Start with garlic and onions. Cook onions until they have a see-through color.
