Turmeric/curry veggie stir-fry

stir-fry

  • 1-2 cups of spinach
  • 1-2 cups of broccoli
  • 1-2 cups of brussell sprouts
  • 1-2 cups of King Oysters
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 6-8 pieces of tofu
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 2-3 tablespoons of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper

Take all green vegetables and flash fry for 2 minutes. Heat the olive oil on medium heat. Make sure the pan is warm before adding olive oil. Start with garlic and onions. Cook onions until they have a see-through color.
