Tomato salad

tomatobasil  
  • 225 g tomatoes, cut in pieces
  • 225 g cucumber, cut in pieces
  • 100 g sweet onion, chopped
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
