Seaweed salad

  • 2 handful of babyleaf spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g wakame seaweed, rehydrated in cold water 
  • Sesame seeds 
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce 
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 
  • 2 tsp. dashi
  • 1 avocado

Soy sauce, vinegar and dashi mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Rinse the spinach. Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the seaweed into 2 cm lenghts. Mix it all together. Cut the avocado into two half. Remove the seed. Take a spoon and put pieces of avocado on the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
