Berry smoothie

  • 100 g frozen mixed organic berries 
  • 1/2 banana  
  • 1 dl fresh squeezed orange juice 
  • 2 1/2 dl soy milk 
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Put half of the berries in a blender together with the rest of the ingredients. Blend for a while then add the rest of the berries. This is to prevent the berries freeze into a big lump, when the rest of the ingredients are added.
